TDG Environmental provides a state-of-the-art fleet and advanced attachments to streamline earthworks and vegetation removal, guaranteeing unmatched performance and reliability. Our specialised equipment and service offerings keep us ahead of the game, ready for all maintenance works.
Our remote-controlled machines prioritise operator safety, even in confined spaces, while providing access to steep terrains and hard-to-reach locations.
Our state-of-the-art mobile walking excavators are engineered for challenging environments and demanding tasks with exceptional efficiency. They operate in water up to 2 meters deep, cross railway tracks without contact, and fit under ceilings as low as 3 meters, offering unmatched versatility. Equipped with a lifting capacity of 5.5 tonnes,an operating reach of 8.5 meters, and the ability to handle gradients steeper than those people can walk, these excavators excel in confined spaces and steep slopes.
They come with a range of attachments, including a grapple saw for precise cutting, a mulcher for effective vegetation management, brush cutters for clearing overgrowth, and a Rototilt R4 tilt rotator for enhanced manoeuvrability. Ideal for various applications such as removing solid waste, maintaining and restoring stormwater drainage canals, dredging, and emergency response operations, these excavators deliver top-tier performance and reliability.
TDG Environmental utilises Clamshell Grab Trucks as an innovative solution to increase productivity with the cleaning of large, open-channel culverts and GPTs. Grab trucks are efficient as they are capable of removing bulk waste with an extendable clamshell boom. The boom arm has a reach of up to 19 meters and can be used for the removal and handling of large pit and access chamber lids, lifting of cleaning baskets, and cleaning of trash racks. The clamshell bucket can easily remove large rocks, branches, and other objects that may have found their way into the stormwater and sewer system. Our Grab Trucks can decant liquid waste via strainers to minimise free water prior to tipping to reduce disposal costs.
Our innovative dredging systems enable the continuous removal of sludges, biosolids, and other materials from treatment plant lagoons, ponds, dams, and other water bodies. We can remove settled solids and floating materials during the treatment process so there is no impact on the performance of a live plant.
The Remote Operated Dredge (ROD) improves operator safety by eliminating the need to work on-water.
Our operation includes specialised equipment such as a Remote Operated Dredge (ROD), float, odour control tools, and other ancillary equipment and employ experienced full-time operators who complete the work to a high standard. All wastes
Mainstream Recycling is our EPA-licensed recycling facility business solely dedicated to processing and recycling stormwater, street sweeper, and non destructive digging wastes. Our innovative design enables us to recycle up to 98% of the recovered waste collected from stormwater/GPTs, NDD, and street sweeper materials. Our goal is to create a circular economy whereby we process and reuse stormwater waste as an additive to the landscaping industry.
