OUR PEOPLE

Working at TDG

Who we are

At TDG, our purpose is to sustain waterways and underground assets, enhancing our communities while protecting the natural environment.

Our vision is to provide sustainable services that are chosen by our customers and delivered for the communities we serve.

Our service delivery is built on core values: respect for the people, continuous improvement, and manage by fact. These core values are strengthened by our focuses: safety by choice, community, sustainability, reliable delivery, and customer satisfaction.

This approach empowers us to support communities across Australia and New Zealand with innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Our growth is powered by our people. We invest in their safety, wellbeing, and development at every stage, and we’re committed to building a more inclusive workplace, learning and evolving as we go.

Working Together For Community Impact

At TDG, we’re proud to support the communities where we live and work, through local partnerships, sponsorships, and initiatives that promote sustainability, inclusion, education, and emergency services. Whether it’s backing a grassroots program or contributing to a regional event, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference.

Connecting at KARI Aboriginal Education & Employment Expo

Connecting at KARI Aboriginal Education & Employment Expo

Connecting with Community at the KARI Aboriginal Education & Employment Expo We’re proud of the career pathways we offer so it was a real success to connect with so many young people ready to take their next steps. The event brought together organisations passionate about supporting Indigenous employment and education, and it was great to see familiar faces as well as meet like-minded businesses and future talent. Representing TDG, Tyrone Dargan and Annette Stuccio welcomed over 50 students to our stand, sharing opportunities, stories, and a genuine excitement about what’s possible.

Major Sponsor of one of Australia’s largest automotive events

Major Sponsor of one of Australia’s largest automotive events

TDG Environmental was proud to be a Major Sponsor of one of Australia’s largest automotive events– the Australian Street Rod Federation (ASRF) Nationals– over Easter weekend in Bendigo! With over 1,200 entrants and more than 10,000 visitors, we were on-site to ensure outstanding amenities for all attendees. Our team managed all toilet and shower pump-outs, with a dedicated liquid tanker and driver present throughout the event. We’re excited to contribute to the seamless experience of this fantastic event!

Aboriginal Literacy Foundation Book Drive

Aboriginal Literacy Foundation Book Drive

Thanks to our amazing TDG community, we collected 782 children’s books for the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation—their largest one-time donation ever! Special thanks to ORIX for providing a van, and to Chris Feil & Halina Lojko, who delivered the books to founder Dr. Anthony Cree and his team in Ballarat. The books are now being sorted and will soon reach young readers, including those in remote NT communities. Helping to improve literacy is just one way we’re supporting regional Indigenous communities in Australia, and we’re proud to support such an important cause!

First Nations Indigenous Football Cup

First Nations Indigenous Football Cup

We were thrilled to sponsor the Grand Final winners of the 2024 First Nations Indigenous Football Cup! Initiated by Keifer Dotti from our Sydney Water division, we were honoured to receive a signed jersey and traditional spears from Keifer, his dad, manager, and coach at the end of last year. Regardless of the result, we’re proud to support Indigenous communities and be part of such a meaningful experience with the Wynnum Wolves! @wynnumwolvesfc

Proud to Support Westpac Rescue Helicopter

Proud to Support Westpac Rescue Helicopter

We’re proud to continue our long-term and vital support of Auckland’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter again this year. With 27,400 rescues since 1970, it’s a truly important service operating 24/7, covering from Te Hana in the North, down to Waihi in the South where 1/3 of NZ’s population live. Keep up the good work @westpacrescueauckland
