TDG Environmental has signed a binding agreement to acquire Pipe Management Australia (PMA). The transaction is expected to complete in the coming months, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.

The combined TDG Environmental and PMA business will become one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading Australian-owned providers of stormwater and wastewater inspection, maintenance, and wastewater recycling services . Customers will benefit from an expanded service network across 22 depots, supported by more than 800 full-time team members.

Our immediate priority is to ensure a smooth transition for customers and team members. Existing team structures, management arrangements, and ways of working will remain unchanged as both organisations continue to focus on delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality services.
