Since 10 September, our TDG calendar has been filled with small yet meaningful moments of connection. Across Australia and New Zealand, our teams showed up with openness and a genuine willingness to make a difference.

From toolbox talks and team lunches to group walks and trivia, each depot and office found its own way to acknowledge World Suicide Prevention Day, R U OK? Day, World Mental Health Day– and beyond.

We also officially launched TELUS Health during the month, providing employees and their immediate family members with 24/7 access to confidential mental health support, professional counselling, and a range of wellbeing tools and resources.

As we wrap up Mental Wellness Month, let’s carry this momentum forward and continue making mental wellbeing part of our everyday practice. At TDG, we respect our people and support our minds.
