Launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

We’re proud to have taken the first step in our reconciliation journey with the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan- a formal commitment to strengthening relationships, building cultural understanding, and creating meaningful opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Guided by Reconciliation Australia, our Reflect RAP lays the foundations for deeper listening, learning, and meaningful action.

We’re honoured to feature original artwork by Aboriginal artist Arthur Conlon, representing the regions where TDG operates and highlighting our connection to place and community.

This is not just a document or a formality – it reinforces our ongoing commitment to the principles of reconciliation and to creating sustainable impact across the five dimensions: relationships, respect, opportunities, equality, and unity.
