After our site visit for the MSI inspection of a stormwater culvert, we want to express our gratitude to the TDG Team for their exceptional Health and Safety performance on-site. Their staff was extremely courteous and diligently informed us about the hazards, controls, and emergency procedures.
The site was well-organised and clean, with all the necessary traffic management devices and confined space equipment to ensure the safety of our Whanau. Moreover, the staff were wearing appropriate PPE, which demonstrates their commitment to a safety-first culture. We also observed proactive communication with customers, which helped raise community awareness and understanding about the work being done to inspect this stormwater critical asset.

As part of cleaning and CCTV works, operators are required to report the condition of manholes including an internal photograph. UT makes this process seamless with the ability to download all photographs whilst including the asset ID in the file name of the photo. CCTV video files are uploaded against each asset when an inspection is undertaken. This allows the viewing of inspections through UT simply by clicking on the asset. UT is user-friendly and very responsive compared to other GIS-based work management systems. The team at TDG have provided us with great support in regard to setting up and using the system, in particular, the ability to customise data collection and fields to our needs.

Just a quick note on the works the TDG crew have carried out recently. All involved have had an absolute crack and really resolved some long-standing difficult issues. You have a great team of diligent workers with a can-do attitude and for what it's worth we really appreciate it.

I am impressed with the teamwork and good problem-solving ability to get the lines CCTV’d logically and safely. There is a big difference in productivity in regards to having a good operator with an inexperienced offsider compared to having two good operators working together.

Your crews carried themselves professionally and take their jobs seriously. In Melbourne, I have never seen such cohesiveness within a group. Not one negative comment about TDG, only positive comments. It was super impressive to hear and see. That only comes from good leadership, so whatever you guys are doing it's working.
